The pace is the most difficult part of the job. It's not just trying to be creative and excellent, but it's trying to do it on cue. That's the hardest part. "Be brilliant now!" Someone points their finger at you and you have to perform in that moment. Whether you are turning in a script on time or you are in the room and Ron Moore is pacing the room and he turns to you and says, "What do you think?" you want to be brilliant.
