
The latest Bond film, Quantum Of Solace, written by British screenwriters
Neal Purvis and Robert Wade along with American Paul Haggis (based on a story by Ian Fleming and starring Daniel Craig, pictured above), has broken the record for highest box office receipts on its first day, reports
BBC News.
According to Sony Pictures, the film took £4.9m, breaking the record held by Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire.
